Many residents and business owners are so excited to start their new project but feel lost when it comes to where to start. I can help guide you through the process.

What you need to know

Before you break ground on your project you need to have your permits in order, a contractor sign off on plans, landscape contractor at the ready, plumbing contractor at the ready (if needed), and be prepared to answer questions from the county. It is the architectures job to act as a director and make sure all the players are doing their jobs.

If you focus on the design, you can call yourself a designer. If you can focus on the implementation of your design, you can call yourself an architect.
